Local user support and administration for Mercator Ocean’s Information Systems Department

Within MERCATOR OCEAN, the Information Systems department is responsible for maintaining the operational conditions, development and security of the internal IS infrastructure.
The purpose of this contract is to provide a service comprising:
• Local technical support for MERCATOR OCEAN users.
• Assistance to the IT department in maintaining the operational conditions and security of MERCATOR OCEAN’s on-premise workstations and servers.
