This consultation is a relaunch of the call for tender declared unsuccessful n°25338L00-COP-COMM SEA-8000 (Support for paid digital campaigns), OJEU notice n° 760262-2025 published on November 17, 2025).

The purpose of the consultation is to provide expertise in digital ads in the implementation of paid promotional campaigns on the web and social networks in order to promote the content and services offered by Copernicus (Marine, WEkEO, Coastal and Arctic hubs) and to increase the visibility and awareness of these services.
