Capacity Development Activities on Ocean Forecasting for Africa

The aim of this consultation is to implement capacity development activities of the Ocean Prediction Enhancement for Regions of Africa (OPERA) project. This will be achieved by creating a series of educational tools and organizing their exploitation through several activities.
