COPERNICUS MARINE – USER – Organisation of capacity development workshops and development of materials 

The purpose of the consultation is to assist Mercator Ocean in the support and development of capacity building activities for COPERNICUS MARINE and WEKEO through the organization and development/update of tools for CMEMS and WEKEO workshops (lot 1), the organization of CMEMS & WEKEO hackathons (lot 2), the creation of a MOOC (lot 3) and the creation of tools for partner events between MOi and other entities (lot4).
