This consultation is a relaunch of the lot no3 – Development of a massive open online course (MOOC), declared unsuccessful, within the framework of the call no. 25335L00-COP-CAP DEV MOOC-8000, notice JOUE No. 2025 – 503604-2025 published on August 1st, 2025.

This consultation concerns the development of a massive open online course (MOOC) within the framework of COPERNICUS. MERCATOR OCEAN is responsible for the capacity development activities carried out by the User Services team. This contract aims to diversify its educational offerings by introducing new learning formats to complement the existing training sessions.
