AI ASSISTANT FOR THE OCEAN’S DIGITAL TWIN

The objective of this contract is to develop an agentic, marine-domain-specialized Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant and orchestration layer that uses natural language intent-to-result workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based interoperability, and interactive 3D spatial visualization to access, analyze, and explore ocean data across the EDITO ecosystem.
