EDITO PLATFORM’S USER SUPPORT

As a partner in the European EDITO project, MERCATOR OCEAN has been appointed to lead the project’s “Services and Operations” task. This includes providing support to users of the EDITO platform, the scientific validation of data on the platform, and implementing capacity development activities. This task is led by the team “User Services” from the department “Markets & Services” of MERCATOR OCEAN.

This consultation focuses on setting up the user support and developing the capabilities of EDITO users by supervising exchanges with EDITO Users, dealing with user requests, creating and updating technical documentation, solving technical incidents encountered by users, and others.
