Mercator Ocean provides an advanced suite of Data Viewers, providing access to state-of-the-art Earth Observation and Ocean data through our extensive service portfolio. As a global leader in Ocean forecasting, Mercator Ocean developed its Ocean Bulletin, a live and comprehensive tool for real-time Ocean forecasts. On behalf the European Commission, Mercator Ocean has undertaken the development of specific Data Viewers for key Copernicus services, including Copernicus Marine, WEkEO (in collaboration with EUMETSAT, ECMWF and EEA), as well as the Copernicus Arctic, and Coastal Hubs. These tailored viewers are designed to meet the diverse needs of users, from beginners to experts, making it possible to explore, manipulate and even anticipate the state of the marine environment and more.

Copernicus Marine Viewers

The Copernicus Marine Service viewers are a suite of powerful tools offering a spectrum of capabilities, from educational insights to advanced data exploration, tailored to meet the varying needs of users in understanding and interpreting oceanic data.

MyOcean Learn

Explore the digital Ocean with MyOcean Learn, a resource designed for understanding key Ocean variables. Immerse yourself in the Blue, White, Green Ocean using Ocean literacy materials, with data updated twice a year.

MyOcean Light

MyOcean Light offers live Ocean data interaction, allowing users to explore essential variables in near-real-time, hindcasts (historical data), and forecasts. Zoom into specific regions, visualise data over time and depth, and enjoy a polar stereographic view of Arctic and Antarctic regions.

MyOcean Pro

For comprehensive access, MyOcean Pro unlocks the full catalogue. Conduct point-and-click queries, combining near-real-time, hindcasts, observations, and forecasts from various sources, including models, satellite, and in situ observations. Download, share, and embed videos and images of your selection, and export data in CSV format.

Copernicus Thematic Hubs Viewers

Arctic Hub Viewer

The Copernicus Arctic Hub provides access to a variety of data related to the Arctic, including a wide range of Copernicus datasets covering the Ocean and land. Access, visualise and download  near-real-time Copernicus data from models, and satellite and in situ observations available on an interactive platform.

Coastal Hub Viewer

Through the Copernicus Coastal Hub viewer, access a selection of open and free Earth data covering the European Coastal zones including air, sea and land products and information that describes the coastal environment and a complex land-sea continuum through a large set of variables.

WEkEO Data Viewer

WEkEO, implemented by EUMETSAT, ECMWF, EEA and Mercator Ocean, provides the WEkEO Earth viewer, showing Earth Observation data across the Copernicus Programme services and Sentinel portfolios, available upon registration.
