Les travaux à réaliser dans le cadre de cet accord-cadre consistent à mener des études scientifiques destinées à améliorer l’offre future du service européen Copernicus Marine Service.
Les travaux doivent permettre d’implémenter une partie des activités d’évolution du service à moyen terme (cycle de 1 à 2 ans) et mobiliser la meilleure expertise disponible en matière de R&D.
L’objectif est de soutenir les activités de R&D nécessaires pour assurer l’évolution du Copernicus Marine Service et le maintenir à l’état de l’art scientifique en explorant de nouvelles méthodes d’élaboration des produits. Les besoins des utilisateurs en termes d’informations quantitatives (par exemple, les types de variables, la couverture géographique et la résolution) et de qualité scientifique des produits du Copernicus Marine Service sont les principaux moteurs de ces activités de R&D.
The work to be carried out within the framework of this framework contract consists of carrying out scientific studies intended to improve the future offering of the European Copernicus Marine Service.
The work must make it possible to implement part of the service development activities in the medium term (cycle of 1 to 2 years) and mobilize the best available expertise in terms of R&D.
The objective is to support the R&D activities necessary to ensure the evolution of the Copernicus Marine Service and maintain it at the scientific state of the art by exploring new methods of product development. User needs for quantitative information (e.g. variable types, geographic coverage and resolution) and scientific quality of Copernicus Marine Service products are the main drivers of these R&D activities.
