Description / Description :

Dans le cadre du Programme de Collaboration Nationale Copernicus Marine, cette consultation s’adresse aux candidats qui ont déjà développé un service (pré)opérationnel pour les zones côtières marines et qui peuvent démontrer leur contribution à la mise en œuvre des politiques et directives de l’UE. Les candidats qui développent des outils d’aide à la politique et à la prise de décision sont également encouragés à se porter candidats. Ces outils doivent utiliser les données de Copernicus Marine ainsi que d’autres sources de données pertinentes (par exemple, l’analyse multicritère pour la planification de l’espace maritime). Les propositions pour de tels outils doivent présenter des moyens innovants d’ajouter de la valeur aux données de Copernicus Marine, tels que l’utilisation d’algorithmes avancés de science des données.
Cette consultation soutient non seulement les activités nationales, mais encourage également les propositions qui étendent leurs activités côtières marines à des collaborations transnationales.

As part of the Copernicus Marine National Collaboration Program, this consultation is aimed at applicants who have already developed a (pre)operational service for marine coastal areas and who can demonstrate their contribution to the implementation of the policies and directives of the EU. Candidates who develop tools to support policy and decision-making are also encouraged to run. These tools should use Copernicus Marine data as well as other relevant data sources (e.g. multi-criteria analysis for maritime spatial planning). Proposals for such tools must present innovative ways to add value to Copernicus Marine data, such as the use of advanced data science algorithms.
This consultation not only supports national activities, but also encourages proposals that expand their marine coastal activities into transnational collaborations.
